Welcome to June :D We have something a bit different planned for you all this month. We’ve decided to give our artists a little break this month to catch up on puppy and breed accessory art; this means you all get to catch up on old items in our Annual Summer Sale! You will be able to find the Summer Sale on the Monthly Shop Page. We are also running this a bit differently from last year, so please take note of these minor changes:
We are bringing back some very special items this month as donation prizes! Please note that these donation tiers do not stack, so you will only receive the prize for your donation tier and not the ones below it. You can view these tiers at any time, as well as make your Bone purchases, over on the Donation Page
Here are the donation tiers:
*Note #2, Amur Leopards and Chance Companions will be retired forever after this event. They will never again be available for purchase from Alacrity.
There’s a new custom marking in the Custom Tool! Shinobu, who won one of our last custom marking auctions, commissioned Carni to create a Leopard Merle marking for Pembroke Welsh Corgis! I had a lot of fun with this marking and I encourage you all to go play in the custom tool to see what you can create!
So we’re a little belated in thanking you all for bearing with us during those tough server switching times, but we still wanted to get out this small token of our appreciation. The Survivor`s Martingale Collar is available this month for everybody. You simply need to click on the button above to claim your collar. You may claim one per each of your two accounts.
Upgraded users this month can claim their free monthly prize on the Monthly Shop page. It’s an adorable little Lucky Horseshoe Toy! When equipped, this awesome accessory will give your dog a 15 point boost in trial scores! It just might be the edge you’ve been looking for :> Please note that these do not stack with each other. Equip one or equip 20, your dog will only receive +15 points. However, if you were to stack it with a Kitsune and a trial score enhancing companion, the effect will be cumulative.
This brings us to our next announcement: Let’s all welcome Cord as our newest member of the art team! She did the beautiful art for both the Suvivor`s Martingale Collar and the Lucky Horseshoe Toy.
Additionally, Carni has been moved into the General Manager position for Alacrity. If you have any problems that you don’t feel comfortable bringing to the helpers, mods, or admins, please feel free to message her directly!
We do have a few more fun events planned for this month, but the cat doesn’t want let out of the bag quite this early. We’ll keep you all informed of these exciting events as we get closer to them!
Finally, I wanted to remind you all about the Referral Contest! You can view the Leaderboard to see where you rank. You have only a short few days before we wrap up this competition and the prizes are great, so give it your all!

- We will only be re-releasing items that were added to the site within the last year. This is so that older items will retain their value.
- Since we have so much stuff, we will be closing down the monthly shop for a portion of today to get as much stuff as we can think to add stocked. It’s inevitable we will miss some things, so we’ve set up this awesome Request Thread for you to request accessories, companions, and backgrounds be added!
- We will be rotating out rares throughout the month, so make sure to check back on occasion to see what all we have

The sale is intended as a belated opportunity for users to purchase items they are missing or would like more copies of before they become more difficult to obtain. Otherwise it would make more sense to never purchase anything from monthly shops and wait until the Summer Sale to buy everything for less than it was originally.

just curious -
why are you guys calling the monthly shop thing a blowout sale while the prices are added up with 50% instead of having a real sale? (meaning prices go down) if they would to that in real stores it would be a bit crazy would it?

My beautiful Chance. <3
He's crazy and still an idiot, but I love him so much and his leg is doing so good that he jumps around like a puppy. xD Ridiculous dog. He still breaks fences and tries to escape, just to sit by the door and wait for us to let him back into the backyard.
