Submitting Complaints to the Issue Hub

Yes, you can do this! And we've actually tried to encourage our users to report staff if they see anyone abusing their power or bullying players. Lately, we've been dealing with the issue of people having complaints, but never filing reports to the issue hub about them, and then giving up on Alacrity and leaving us.
This is not okay! And the admin team cares a great deal about this sort of thing. So I want to just make this announcement and let it be known that if you see any member of staff acting in a way that concerns you a great deal, please PLEASE do not hesitate to report it!
If you're having trouble with an admin, and you don't want them to see your issue in the hub, then contact a different admin via PMs to explain your concern. Don't give up! We want our site to be fun and welcoming for everyone, but if something is happening to impede that, it's very hard for us to do anything about it if we don't truly know about it. Many of us have full times jobs and school and personal lives with all the drama and ups and downs it comes with, and we can't spend 24/7 on the site. So sometimes we miss things. We're still human, and we need your understanding and support to continue forward, so that we, in turn, can help you.
And the best way you can help us is to make sure you submit report to the issue hub about any evidence of bullying or abuse or rule breaking observed in any of our staff members. Take screenshots! This is the best way to document and prove what's happened. If you're not sure how to do this, simply press the PRT SC button on your keyboard, then open an art program like Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop, or even MS Paint, and Edit > Paste. Then just save your file! :D
From now on, if you see anybody on staff bullying/misbehaving in whatever way, please either submit a report just requesting it be directly moved to the admin issue hub before you explain your problem, or PM me, Carnivale #6. As the site's manager, I want to be made aware if something like this is happening, and sadly I have not known about much of this until very recently. :C
Thank you all so much for sticking with us, and I hope we can work to improve on any problems so that Alacrity can be the fun, welcoming place we want it to be!

Thank you so much, I'm glad I feel it is appropriate to submit complaints now. This makes me feel a lot better about Ala and makes me feel like you guys really do care :)
