Server Issues - Continued

Hey, Guys.
Honestly, I wish I had news. I don't. The admins on this site have no access to the part of the site that's malfunctioning. The company that owns the site won't return our messages - believe me - we are all much more frustrated than you are.
At this point, we've started exploring alternatives to our current system since - obviously - this is not working. We were just starting to get our feet under us as a community again and this has been a punch to the gut.
I see and understand the flagrant hostility you guys are throwing staff's way, but really, we are in this together. No one wants our corner of the internet to be shown the respect it deserves more than Ehm, Larth and I. We just ask that everyone keep your fingers crossed and know that we are doing everything we can to get our site back.
Here's to hope.

I only wish for you staff memebers to do all you are able to do to fix it but currently this is the first time in almost 3 weeks I've actually been on for more than 5 mins, I will not blame staff for the problems they did nothing and I think personally that whoever is causing the problem should fix it asap

thanks for the news. I am aware you guys are doing as much as you can. I wish the owner or whoever is in charge would be as responsible. I love this game but right now I am unsure whether to put real dollars in or not. I do not have a lot of money so when I support ala it is when I can do so.
I don't know what else you can do other than find another server or whatever ( not computer literate lol) that can actually perform.
