We are finally all caught up on puppy art for our existing breeds! And what adorable pups they are! Many thanks to Xylax for this most recent addition, he's done us all proud once again! <3
Several main shop items and companions should be working, but not everything has been caught up, so please allow for at least one month before you start submitting reports to the issue hub about items not working on your Catahoula puppies.
As some of you may have seen briefly, we'll be offering you all a free gift called the Derpy Shiba Inu Plush, for sticking with us after the server crash! But, it'll have to wait for tomorrow, since my attempts at getting the code done myself proved useless, and our regular coders aren't currently available for me. Woops! XD

Hello Alacrites!
First of all, we are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we've been forced to roll back to the backup of the database from Monday, since the backup from Tuesday was saved after the downtime occurred. :C
For anyone who wasn't around for what happened, Alacrity experienced an unexpected downtime/crash, and when it revived many people were missing their accounts, dogs, items, etc. This was the only way we could fix it.
Basically, this erased anything you may have done over the past 2 days, so if you purchased anything or sold anything, that is no longer the case. I wish there was a way we could track everything and make this easier for everyone, but sadly this was the solution we were stuck with, and again, we're so sorry for the inconvenience it's caused.
If it's any consolation, Catahoula Cur puppies will be finished soon, and then we'll finally be able to move on to the Great Dane and/or Shiba Inu! So we have fun things on the horizon!
We'll let the Halloween event continue for the next couple days, so that everyone has a chance to rebuy things they may have purchased from the monthly shop or points shop. When we get ready to shut everything down, we'll give 24 hours notice!
The second part of the Zombies vs. Survivors event will have to be saved until next year, as we simply ran into too many problems and there just wasn't enough time to iron it all out for this year. I know it's disappointing, but again, we'll be sure to have it ready for next year!

Some people lost whole ACCOUNTS. Sometimes even BOTH accounts. I think two days is far from "losing everything" - think of it as a way to look at what you did in the last two days, and see if you can do it better than you did then. Please be aware that this bug affected everyone, not just you.

Happy Howloween and Welcome to the Apocalypse!

Okay okay, so Halloween is a day late, forgive us! XD We hope you've all enjoyed yourselves with the event so far, and it will continue into November until further notice! Now that we have a majority vote on the second wave of the Zombies vs. Survivors game, we'll be speaking with our coders to see if we can get it done. :D
We've been hard at work getting November's items into the system, and our coders are still working on companion coding! This means that their effects are not currently working! As soon as the code is finished, we will make an announcement to let you know. Until then, don't worry with submitting reports to the issue hub regarding this.
In lieu of the 2012 End of Days claims, the art team thought it would be fun to give you an Apocalypse theme this month! Deck your dogs out in hardcore apocalyptic gear and brave the wastelands together! Watch out for radioactive mutants and toxic waste, though!
