Making Graphics and Layouts

I'm in need of some cash, so I thought I'd make some graphics =) Currently, my only example is the layout on my page. I can also do scroll layouts, ones with the headers in their own boxes, and ones with the textboxes on the image.
I'm not exactly sure what would be a decent price, so let me know if this is too much:
Manip Only - $5,000
Layout - $10,000
Manip Form:
Image: You can be general or specific - I'll try my best to get you what you want
Text: Any text you want on it
Size: The image on my layout is 675x450 I think. Most manips I make will generally be around that size, so if you're looking for something in particular, say a banner or something, best to let me know
Other: Anything else?
Layout Form:
Style: I should probably come up with numbered examples, but for now just tell me how many boxes/sections you want, and how you want the layout to look
Picture:
Text:
Colour Scheme: I can match it to one of the site themes if you like, otherwise you can just specify a colour
Other:
