Uhhhhhh... As I am terrible with HTML thingies, I buy them. Frankly Blue is one example-- check the "Art Sales" (I believe...) section of the forums for more examples. I believe the Tilted Scene, one of the best known layout creators, has stopped making them :`(

What am I doing?
I am opening a new business. The business is training dogs. I am only aloud to train dogs for about Four or Five times a day(according to the site).My charges are:
Train 1 dog once is how many points it has been bumped;
Train 2 dogs double the points;
Train 3 dogs triple the points;
Train the dog as many times that I can in one day 1 bone. My rules are:
If you don't pay me the fee I will send you warnings about paying the bill. If you don't heed theses warnings then I will block you. Scribble on my profile if you want me to train your dog! On your first trial it is free for one training technique for a dog.
