Jackdaw (#12605):
1) A custom American pitbull terrier comes with 314 TP every time.
2) Inbreeding penalties are in effect now, it is a 10% stat deduction in one random skill. It only seems to apply to very close relatives such as siblings, offspring and parents, etc. So an inbred dog will still have better stats than their parents if bred when maxed, but not as good as it could be.
3) Breeding formula is: (Stud TP + Bitch TP) divided by 2, + 90 if both parents are maxed. Using your examples, it would look like this: 1200 + 400 divided by 2 = 800 + 90 = Average 890 TP offspring. This formula is without any breeding perks or Chance companions.
