When my grandpa was alive and my brothers and I were over there we were on our Electronics 24/7, when we could have been spending time with him... And i wish i had because now i can't...

yup, (= I know the whole area well, (= Also not to far but like 5-10 minutes is the school, and 5-10 minutes is a mc donalds, Arbys, YMCA. A gas station is just about 5 minutes away. The ball field is a good 30 minutes because its in the city, but were pretty close to a day care too. With Wide open play grounds and a soccer/baseball field to play on over the weekend.

It's been referbished, and has 3-4 bedrooms, a large backyard, in a quiet neighborhood, the bus stop for middle school is about a block away, so what's not to love, <3 yup I have a feeling, but what type of house is she wanting? I believe a family 2 houses down is moving soon..
