A perk is an advantage in the game, here are all the perks
Breeder perk: increases bred TPs by 10% per account that has it (so if you breed between two accounts that both have the perk, you'll get a 20% TP increase) and guarantees you a max litter of 4 every successful breeding
Trainer perk: doubles your training amounts for in-kennel and out-kennel training, and gives you 20 extra training sessions per day
Vet perk: free vaccinations, 50% reduced vet costs, 50% less chance of accidents occurring
Merchant perk: 15% off main store items, one Shop Reader on the 1st and 15th, post free adverts and 2 more per session, free auction listings
There's also a trainer's perk.

10k each, that's to low, my dog earns 15k on trials 1 bone should be a nice price only bone. People here can afford that easily, I get bones from doing art.
There's no chance of getting real money then, can we do 1 bone per art? 1 bone= 100k and we can split 100k and we both get 50k each.
