BORDER COLLIES

I'm focusing on making the White Fox marking more available & producing it in higher quality Borders. I will sell these pups to the public - but I'm also interested in getting a pup back from a breeding from a dog of my lines. :)

SHIBA INUS

My newest project & going to be my main focus. Shibas are the breed I want to show & breed in real life. My goal here is to focus on natural Shiba Inu coat colors which includes Red, Sesame & my favorite Black & Tan. (Maybe with the occasional Cream/White thrown in). I purchased my first customs on 1/21/13 - the start on my Shiba line.

PIT BULLS

I'm starting a small side project of Tricolored Pits - coat colors including Black, Blue, Chocolate & occasionally Isabella (White). Pups may be available to the public in limited quantities.

Breeding

I won't breed my dogs until I feel they have proven themselves worthy of breeding. I will occasionally line-bred my dogs especially in the case of the markings/colors I'm hoping to make more available. The closest inbreeding I'll do is half brother & sister. If you do not like this practice then please don't buy/breed with my dogs. I personally don't feel like there is anything wrong with this practice since a) these aren't real dogs & b) line-breeding happens in real life (that's how we got purebred dogs) & it's beneficial if done correctly.

COI chart/formula

* 25.00% - parent/offspring or full brother/sister cross

* 12.50% - half brother/sister, grandparent/grandpup, or double first cousins crosses

* 9.75% - great uncle or aunt/great niece or nephew cross

* 6.25% - first cousins

COI = sum[ (.5 ^ (a + b + 1)) * (1 + c) ]

a = Generations between sire and common ancestor
b = Generations between dam and common ancestor
c = COI of common ancestor

After I breed a litter I ask if you could keep the prefix Cherry's in the name so I know I breed the dog. Now there seems to be a limit on how many letters there are in a name.... So my dog's will have the prefix Cherry's.

Also I may be willing to take back a dog I bred if you no longer want it so please message me to see if I'll take it back.

Several litters are currently planned - We just have to either wait for the right stud or wait until the choice dog is maxed out. Then we have to wait for the Bitch to come into heat.

Puppies prices range from $800 for low Total Potential pups up to $3,500 for high Total Potential

If you want to reserve a puppy let me know, once the stud request is conformed I'll give you links to the Dog & Bitch.

Studs

Will accept all trained Bitches to breed with our Dogs, unless I specifically ask for a pup from the breeding they are yours to do whatever you want with. If a litter only results in one pup I'll give you a discounted re-breeding (half price). If no pregnancy results I'll either give you a free re-breeding or half of the stud fee back. If you don't like these conditions then please don't breed to my males - I personally find these very fair but I know you can't please everyone.

If I was an Akita this would be me - yes I know Akitas aren't suppose to have blue eyes but I have blue eyes :) (if you can't tell this is a female Akita)
