You need to turn on the dog transfers you can do this by going to your kennal and near the top where it says no change it to a yes then click save

To find dogs for sale: Go to life, click search and select yes on the for sale tab for dog search and you can find some. Also, life, the pound, earthly goods, foundation auction. Also people's profiles. They may have some for sale.
