Yes. If you go down and look at your predictions for your shibas, you can tell there's a lot of static on them. It's practically the glitchy looking pixels.
On Heaven's Angel, if you look closely, you can see how the lining of the dog have spots of blue, etc. (Off colors that don't match in with the coat). That is the static. She could be considered and smooth glitch. It just depends on how you view it. =) She does have static (mainly all glitches do), however, with the very minimum she has, she could be conserned a smooth glitch. Smooth glitches are not necessarily dogs without any static what-so-ever.
