Haha, no Irene just messed up my vacation. On a sadder note, however, there are towns around mine that are completely flooded out. One small town down by the Scoharie Creek is literally underwater - you can't even see the tops of the roofs, it looks like a lake. We were lucky - my area is protected and not near any major bodies of water, so we were fine.

Good news! Neva is expecting her first litter of puppies! Very exciting - this is my first litter of pit bulls.

Thank you so much for Neva. I love her to death, and she's becoming a wonderful little lady. I'm glad she gave me the pit bull bug - my kennels just wouldn't be complete without she and Geo, and Gracie (Grainne's nickname - Grainne is an Irish version of Grace) and Diar.

I'm American, yes, so my 4th was great. Fireworks, hot dogs, the whole shebang. ;) How about you? (Also assuming that, because you asked, you're also American).

I understand. I worked hard to get my two forever upgraded accounts, plus all the perks etc. It takes time. Fortunately, I can buy bones on occasion if there's a special. And I do some serious bargaining and shopping around, which helps.

Maybe once I'm done with my current boarder, I could take on one of your dogs and max them for you, in exchange for a breeding with Port. :) I'd like to be able to breed outside the kennel too, to expand options for breeding later on (the more dogs that are bred, the easier to pair dogs without inbreeding). Let me know what you think!

Heh heh, yeah. I'm going to be focusing on Mahogany (dark) Sable and Black GSDs, + my foundation Border Collies. I'm very excited to have accrued these beauties - they are lovely! I'm still coming up with names :)

I sure can keep you up to date, although I just took on a boarder today (a 2000+ TP that I have to max, this is going to be interesting), so training sessions probably won't be free for awhile.

But you never know - I like to save up about $500 a day for a new dog slot, so I'll be getting more and more TS over the next few weeks.

I'm going to friend you, okay? I think we should probably keep in touch. :)

My two GSDs right now (on my side) are not black, but they are dark. I just adopted them a few days ago. Siberians and GSDs - my favorites. :) I'm saving up for two lifelong lockets for them.
