Yes, you can. In order to do it, the bitch (female) needs to be in heat. Then, go the male's profile and at the very bottom of his profile screen, you'll see a "Breed" button. Click that and then choose the female you want to breed with
Yup but i am all out of sessions today. I have two slots open for dogs not much over 1k TP. 18k or a bone for maxing, feeding speed chow most of the time. Dogs of lower TP cost less. I give discounts for new players.
