I saw your post in chat. I have a heat cookie you can borrow for $25,000, but only if you only breed maxed dogs.
That website I linked to you in chat is the organization that runs the general application for *most* vet schools in the US, plus a few others that are also members in other countries. It's something like only 3 or so colleges of vet med in the US aren't part of that application. If it's not listed in their FAQ required courses/other lists, they probably aren't part of that application.
The general application is called the VMCAS. It is REQUIRED by most vet schools. It is always due on Oct. 1st. If that is on a weekend, it's the following Monday (so it's the 3rd this year). It's a monster of an application, so start in June/July when it's offered.
Each school will require official transcripts from anywhere you got undergrad college credit. They will require verification for your AP credits awarded during college (if you have any). That part almost got me because my official undergrad transcripts didn't specify where my AP credits came from, only gave the total credits awarded. GRE scores are also something you'll have to send. Many require a supplemental application as well.
As far as undergrad goes, I'd look at that website's link to a list of vet school course requirements. It lists all the colleges associated with them (maybe the others, but I can't remember), and shows how many credits each college requires of certain courses (Micro, Bio, Chem, O Chem, Animal Science, etc). I'd start considering which colleges you are even remotely considering for vet school.
Sadly, I ended up having to choose based on my end GPA, GRE scores, and tuition. I chose only schools with tuition of 35K a year or less. I simply decided I couldn't afford the 50K places like CO, MN, WA cost despite my interest in attending them. Sad, but true. The applications themselves will cost up to $1K (or more, depends on how many schools you apply to). The VMCAS charges by how many schools you apply to. I did 4 and it cost just shy of $400. Not including GRE scores, transcripts, etc.
Taking Baccalaureate Core classes at community college is a great idea! getting those out of the way is a pretty good idea in my opinion. It may be nice to leave a few to break up the serious required courses each term. Once you enter a university/4-year college, be sure to pick a major with a pre-vet option if you want it to be relatively easy. A pre-vet option will require you take additional courses you might otherwise not have been required to take, but are required for vet school (such as a 3rd term in physics, a lab for O chem, etc). It'll help your counselor help you. Not required, but a good idea.
I think that's enough info for one giant scribble :D Feel free to message me on either account with questions :)

I price based on TP and cool markings. I'd price an 800TP borzoi at around 7K. What I do sometimes is TP x 10 - 500. :) Hope this helps!
