Yay, more updates!

We've tweaked the Critical Health Warning system. You will now receive a message about any dog under 25 health (provided it doesn't die by dropping below 6 health), where previously you were not notified until health dropped below 15. The kennel highlight was also adjusted, so you’ll see any dog under 25 health highlighted in red on your kennel page. This was done to attempt to help players who are losing dogs before receiving a health warning. Please note that you will not always receive a critical health message—if your dog is elderly or has an ailment which causes health to drop dramatically at rollover, it is up to you to get health up above 5 before the next 30 minute period following login.


There’s been a minor adjustment to how out-of-kennel training clicks are recorded. This fixed the critical memory bug (upgraded users can now train up to 99 clicks at a time using the mass train feature), as well as the strange records you used to see in your dog’s daily log.

Training clicks will only exist in your user records for two weeks. After that, they're gone for good... so if you need these for anything beyond two weeks, you'll need to make alternate plans :> This was done to help ease the strain on our server. All other user records will remain unchanged.

Hey everyone!

Just a couple updates, is all :)

As most of you have likely by now noticed, the trialing system has undergone a couple of changes. Per the poll results, each player may now only enter up to two dogs per trial. It seems to be running smoothly, so far! We're going to see how this works for helping correct the economy before revisiting the change and discussing the impact on game play. Additionally, when creating trials, you may now only include the same obstacle twice. This was adjusted to prevent people from exploiting the trial system by running dogs trained only in one stat in trials comprised of only that stat.


The midnight companion cron problem appears to have been resolved. We have made changes that eases the server strain regarding items and companions which run late at night (e.g., Dragon`s Hoard, Prairie Dogs, Medieval Fantasy Companions, to name a few). Before, the server didn't know how to handle everything and it would give up halfway through, and then sometimes try to run again later. The result was some companions/items running twice, some running normally, and others not running at all. Anyway, the good news is that I've spent the last several nights observing and it seems that the problem has been resolved. We'll be spending today claiming and solving related issues in the issue hub today. If you think you are still experiencing this bug, please submit a new issue for us to look into!

Some of you may have noticed that some things have been moving around on the dog pages. You can now view what percentage your dog is trained just above the clickable stats section. Your dog's percentile ranking has also disappeared. Did you guys use that? If so, please let us know in the news comments and we'll look into where to re-include that!


Our wonderful Moderator, Kitastrophe, has stepped up to the plate and will be handling Custom Accessory and Custom Companion orders now! We apologize for the lag you've experienced in getting these orders fulfilled recently. I find the percentage where it is now logical, but totally impractical as I can't see how far the dog got trained with one look after training is done, now I need to scroll all the way down and have trouble locating it in the other text with my vision problems.

Maybe put it n both places?

I thought it was on the rollover of those days? (Example, put em on the dogs on the 15th and 30th and the items are in your inventory on the 16th and 1st respectively)
