Not sure if it has been suggested but this really should be added =).
When reporting a message, there should be a confirmation popup. This pop up should make it VERY clear that you have clicked the report button.
A very simple suggestion but I really feel this needs done at some point ^^

Along with this, I also suggest a place to put a reason to your report for reporting messages and forum posts. This could also be used as conformation.<br /> <br /> Support!

Support! We all have that every so often in a message with a misclick. It would be nice to have a confirmation.
