Alacrity Bone Tree

This feature will be available to anyone, being able to shake the tree at least once every week. This can only be done on two of their accounts.

The tree can be lit on fire, hugged, dated, slapped, shaked, poked, ran over with pigs, and, my favorite choice, rammed into with a bulldozer.

Only 1% in the entire year will be lucky enough to receive bones.

How many bones can you get from this? That depends entirely upon Robyn if she adopts this idea.

Requirements participate in the Alacrity Money Tree would be:

Have 2 accounts linked
Be active for over two weeks game time
Possibly upgraded?

This will help circulate bones in a small, small fortunate way if a lucky soul gets to shake the tree and somehow hit the 1% chance of getting the bone(s).

Possibly even have small cash prizes available? Like a 30% chance of 500 alacrity cash or so? We could also make sticks fall from the tree, or acorns, more often. Maybe even birds if we want to get complicated? A few rares could be introduced as well.

Feel free to express your ideas and I can add onto this post if the suggestion sounds good.

It's a very interesting idea, and I don't see how it could harm the economy. I think it could be expanded, though, to have other prizes. Some rare, like the bones and perhaps cash rewards, but some more common, like an additional training session or a common item. Or tree-specific items like acorns? And sticks! It seems like it would be a little pointless if it were only the bone prize, I guess. 99% of the time you'd be shaking it for no reason. xD

I think it would be cute. Vaguely reminds me of Neopet-esque "dailies". Support. I guess. And Tiger, why do you insist on running through the suggest something threads yelling "no support!"? With all of your exclamation points, it seems like you're yelling. And it's kind of rude. :/

Yes but 1% isn't a big number. That can easily only be two people who only receive one bone each. One bone ain't much but enough to brighten someone's day. It will be a very rare thing to get, but, I can understand your point.

That's understandable Calib, but only 1% in the whole year would get lucky to actually score one bone. I don't think that could wreck the economy or anything. It'd almost be like the lottery.

No support. Bones should only come from money donations, otherwise it defeats the purpose of having bones sell for money.

I support, but like Ravyn stated, since the chances of getting bones is so slim everyone should be able to get a shot at it. It would be nice for players who can't donate.

Support! Reminds me of the "money trees" in Second Life, only better! And it's always fun to shake/slap/hug/poke/ram trees! :D

Support, but I don't think that users should be upgraded to be able to use it. The chance is so rare that, hey, everyone should get to have a little tree-love. :D Edit: And the tree should be able to be smacked with a doomwhale >:D
