Owner-Approval

I've struggled with my large and ever-growing no-sell list for quite some time now. I have a problem with people buying my dogs to retire them, or give them to someone else, etc. I understand that not everybody is offended by this, but I've had it up to the ceiling by now o_o
I was thinking of a few different things that could work... A solution I think could be fair, would be to have the option to approve or disapprove of a sale, instead of just putting a dog out there for anyone to buy. I like to be able to message the player who has bought a dog from me and thank them or give them tips and such, or be able to check out their profile and see that they haven't gone through the Bought-retire-bought-retire ritual. Any thoughts?

You could always say the dog is for sale and have people message you interested and do the transaction different like that. I have to agree with Clay on this one. It feels unessecary and won't stop people from doing what they want with the dog. No-sell list is just the way to go.

However, I dont see why its a big deal what someone does with the dog. They bought it, its -theirs-. If you care what happens to it so much why sell it? Feel free to actually answer this because it really does confuse me o.0 I'm thankful stores don't do this with items that it sells xD

I really don't see a point in this, really. My no-sell list is probably the biggest one on the site lol, and it works just fine for me.
I think that if you really want to focus on what someone is doing with your dog, you should write down or bookmark their page.. but remember that you can't message them and yell at them for what they choose to do with it - making a approve/deny feature will not change this.
