How about an item that can make your dog older? Like a food. When you feed it to your dog, it makes it months older. It could be a rare or uncommon ... or even common. But, I think this might be a good idea. What do you think?

As an item suggestion, I would like to suggest bandaging and things as a separate item. I like the new accident images so much, especially the pulled ligament one, that I actually look forward to my dogs getting hurt.

I think a classic dog bandana would look awesome :P I know we have regular bandanas, but I mean like..around the neck in front
