Fee for Sending a Dog to the Pound

Currently to send a dog to the Pound there's no fee. And I believe there should be a fee between $100-$500 Ala Cash. If this was put into place there wouldn't be people randomly dumping dogs. You have the option to retire so it doesn't go to someone else, but I just don't like dumping for free. In real life you probably just couldn't run in and say "I don't want my dog anymore, take him." Right? So if someone didn't want to retire their dog there would be an option maybe at that Pound that says something near the bottom that you could select a dog and click a buttom that would probably say "Abandon ($300)"

I dont think the pound on ala should charge. If a dog is in the pound its more than likely because it ran away, the person didnt have the kennel space needed and after the dog got to a serton age (i believe its 2 months old) they require there own dog slot. If the slots aren't there the dogs run off.

i think that should be true because if they are going to dump a good dog because they dont have room in their kennel they should have atleast to pay 800 ala because its not very nice to do that! but also i agee with Gracie because its nice to give a newbie a good dog for a small price and they cant go and breed it

I don't see how it's needed, honestly. The pound is barely ever occupied, let alone overflowing with dogs, so people aren't dumping them willy-nilly. (I guess that's because retiring is profitable.) <br /> <br /> The reason I dislike paying to put a dog in the pound is because I've been occassionally adding pretty, high TP dogs to the pound from my pairs. I really like the idea that a newbie can get a nice Sheltie for free. The fact that the dogs are spayed is also attractive - that means my pups won't be bred left and right (they would need the investment of a magical dog biscuit to be bred).
