Therapy-dog Monthly Set?

There's something I'm surprised hasn't occurred on Ala yet is a therapy/helper-dog themed monthly shop.
I was going to make a set myself but it'd take so many CAM's to even just do the guide-harnesses for each breed.
Done in spirit of more recent monthly shop;
Two backgrounds, maybe a waiting room, a busy cross-walk, hospital rooms etc.
Accessories: Blind-guide-dog harnesses, general therapy harnesses, name tags to hang around the neck, maybe children to sit by the dog, or someone in a wheelchair(Which can be positioned behind/beside larger breeds or act as the couch does for little breeds where the small breed is sitting on their lap)?
Companions: Could be other therapy dogs, maybe famous ones; or even the children mentioned above could be companions rather than accessories.
Just a thought I've been sitting on for quite some time. I'd love to hear further thoughts on this :)

Nice idea! Maybe the name tags could be sort of like a custom accessory, and you could commission someone to write your dogs name on them.
