Shunky's Ghostie and Glitchy Collection (Full Aussie Set!)
Started By
Hiya guys!
Since I know you all love ghosties, and I know my collection of them is continually growing, I figured I would show them all off at one time to you guys, so if I ever need to show them in chat I can just link here! All comments, questions, and ect., are welcome. ;)

First off, let me post a bit of information about the ghost and glitch dogs.
There are four kind of glitches on the site, known as the Peeker Glitch (only in corgis), the Ghosties or Ghost Glitch, the Mona glitch (aussies only), the Pebble Glitch (only in Aussies), and the Lineless glitch.

- The Peeker glitch is where, in corgis only, when the dog grows up, the coloring of the puppy art stays the same but the lineart changes to the adult lineart. Sometimes you can find a peeker, as they're most commonly called, with markings on the adult lineart, sometimes not. YES, this is still breedable!
- The Ghost Glitch, or Ghosties as they're called, are probably one of the most sought after glitch in the Ala community. These dogs lack a base coat color and are thus see-through, aptly named after entities that we think of as transparent. This glitch is NOT breedable anymore, as the glitch was fixed by setting default black bases, but IS breedable in huskies only. The majority of these dogs have a base coat of fawn, which isn't possible in their breeds. APBT's and cata's escaped the ghostie glitch sadly, as the initial glitch was first recognized around the dog ID's 32000-40000, when it was fixed. While you can find ghosties that are under the 32k ID number (like you'll see below) they are rare and very hard to find.
- The Pebble glitch is a tail docking glitch that occured in Aussies at around the dog ID number 9000 to 10000, again, when it was fixed. In this, both parents had to have docked tails, and thus the puppies had a chance of having see-through tails. This is NOT breedable anymore as the glitch was corrected.
- Next is the Mona glitch. This happened when the Aussies' tails were docked and a glitch in the system allowed them to have an abnormally brightly colored nose, mouth, toenails, ears, and paw pads. This was fixed and the site added the white nose marking to make up for it to the players. Since it was 'cured', this is NOT possible anymore. ;)
- And lastly, we have the Lineless glitch. This is overall a flip of the ghost glitch, as the color remains while the lineart does not. NOT breedable anymore, these dogs are very hard to find, but have occured in Paps, Aussies, GSD's, and more. Dogs above the 60k ID missed out on this as it was fixed around the same time the ghosts were.

There! *lets out huge breath* Now that that's over with, I ought to get on with naming some ghosties, huh?
First of all, none (absolutely NONE) of these are for sale, so don't bother asking. I treasure my babies like I treasure my real pets. I'd never let them go. ;D

First up in order in which I bought them is Sakura's Mystical Illusion. A good portion of the site know about her! Saki as I call her is a ghostie glitch and is nothing but lineart. She is the only pure lineart aussie of my knowledge. <3
Click to go to Sakura's Mystical Illusion's page, or click the image of her below!

Next up is Shunky's Euphoria (Aqua), or Euphoria as she's been known to be called. This is a lineless glitch and I'm very proud to own her as she was a gift from my awesome friend Snivy. <3

Third in the line of chronological order, we have Shunky's Pebble. Yep, the Pebble glitch is named after her! You guessed it. ;D

Here is a wonderful, and probably my most treasured, ghost zoi Shunky's Phantomosipher! This dog was traded to me along with Shunky's Aimee (who comes up next) for an Amur Leaopard by Crevan. These dogs, as there are so few in existance (the zois were a new breed when the ghosties were discovered), are very hard to find, let alone buy. I'm so glad I have him!

Second to last, we have Shunky's Aimme, with the Mona glitch! ccompanied by Phantomosipher, Aimee was traded to me by Crevan for an Amur Leopard. In total (to my knowledge) there are only 5 Mona glitch's on the site, so having her is a blessing!

Finally, last but by far not the least, is In Remembrance of All We've Lost~, a ghost GSD glitch, with an ID below 32k in the 11 thousands. Given to me by Snivy, this dog is a tribute to all the loved ones lost by ala players, in specific my grandfather-figure (John) and Snivy's grandma (Rose). May they forever rest in peace.
In Remembrance of All We've Lost~

That's all of them! I've found about fifty other glitch dogs on the site as well. ;) Comments, crits, questions and all are welcome, so post away! None of my babies are for sale as I stated earlier. <3

In answer to you all before you ask, to collect all these rare dogs it took three things. Time, Patience, and Good Friends. <333

Aimee's nose is a much lighter brown. ;) It' also noticeable on Mona, the dog the glitch was named after.
It seems I was incorrect on the time estimate on the Mona Glitch. It was fixed along with the ghostie glitch. Up until then, it was still possible. <3
