Hey Alacrites. This is a thread composed of any and all tutorials, references, anatomy guides, etc for artists! Blix (#63) and I made it in hopes that it will help users of Alacrity progress in art. If you would like to suggest guides, photos for reference, tutorials, etc, PLEASE feel free to message either of us with a link to what you want shown here.
If you are going to send me or Blix tutorials to post here, try and keep the tutorials QUALITY, meaning, if you find a cat leg tutorial and it tells you to draw the leg like Simba from Lion King, I won't include it... sorry :(
Though most of these may be only for digital artists (and some are only for certain programs), there are helpful guides that will help out traditional as well.
I have tried to group sections together (for example, in the "animal anatomy" section, I've grouped all cat ones together, all canine ones, etc). If you see something like "hands 1, hands 2", etc, this does not mean that they are a full tutorial. Full tutorials that require two or more links will be like this: "hands p1, hands p2", and so on :)
Please note that if you do decide to use the reference photos, tracing over them is NOT THE CORRECT WAY to use them, and is not allowed on Alacrity.
