I love music, it's no secret. It's done a lot for me in my life and I love to discover new things to listen to.

I'd like to start a thread to share music with each other. Link songs we like (that are appropriate) and share comments about new bands we've fallen in love with. I'll even make a master list of songs/bands/youtube videos so everyone can check out new music without going back through the posts.

Just, remember even if it isn't your style, it's someones. That's the beauty of music, maybe it doesn't appeal to you but I'm sure you can see the value in it still, what makes it appealing to others. So be respectful of other people's tastes.

I'm hoping to find a few new bands to listen to myself. I'd especially like to encourage people who listen to music in a language other than English to post, as it's a great way to experience other cultures.

I'll start out with a few pieces, add more later when I don't have to go to work in a few hours.
