I have always wanted to make a dog sim like this one here. I just have no idea where to get started and I need lots of help. I know it is a HUGE commitment but whoever is out there that can help, please do!

You might want to check out ProSimUnion.org, it has a lot of resources for owners with already answered questions for your reference, tips, advice, guides, etc.
