This is Annie, my new dog. :D She's a cocker spaniel x poodle, just over a year old, and such a sweetie! She was surrendered in late December because her owner developed health issues. She was adopted on the 21st, surrendered again a few days later for being too active(... o.O). Adopted AGAIN on the 27th, and then after a few days given to my vet tech class teacher because she developed a REALLY bad case of kennel cough. The other owner was elderly and.. I don't know. We're hearing two different stories on that part, so it's sort of confusing, but that's the rough story of her life! I met her a week ago at my class and she was SO sweet. I found out she needed a home either that day or on that Monday, and then we took her home on Wednesday! She's only had one accident, she's learned lay down(already new sit), and she's getting better in her crate already! She's really just a lovely little thing and I'm happy to have her in my family! I have another dog, an almost nine year old mixed breed, [Bella], who is getting used to Annie, but is still a bit nervous. Bella is a timid and sensitive thing, but Annie and her met last week when I first met Annie and took a liking to her. She's just a bit on edge with having another dog in the house and all. Does anyone have advice/websites, etc. relating to multiple dogs in a household? More specifically, two dogs of the same gender in a household? Thanks!
