2nd Gen 407.75 TP beautiful Aussie bitch in heat!

Duchess' Royalty is looking for a beautiful male aussie to breed with!
Guidelines:
* Male must either be a Foundie or 2nd Gen. Not interested in breeding with anything higher.
* He does NOT have to be maxed out since Duchess is not skill trained yet (basic trained only) BUT I would prefer a maxed male since that might help the puppies' stats.
* I WILL breed out of kennel but since this is the first time I've done so, I will require you to send me messages of our breeding agreement so that I have proof in the case of me losing my dog (in other words, the other member keeping her and refusing to give her back.)
* You can either request a stud fee or can choose to take the pick of the litter.
* Your male must be no lower than 400 TP. Any males lower than that will not be accepted, sorry.
***If breeding out of kennel, Duchess is to return home to me no later than the day the pups are born. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
Her lease fee is $500.00 firm. If you would rather deduct $500 from the stud fee price to cover her leasing fee rather than requiring me pay the full stud fee, that will be fine too.
Feel free to leave a message (no scribbles please) if interested :) Thanks!
