Working to make auctions mobile friendly next.

some generally small but merry improvements.

1. its now much more mobile friendly! works on android/iphone pretty well.

2. included a header for some navigation

3. small code cleanup.

a total inventory rewrite will be coming down the pipes soon, but for now this makes it much more usable :)

at the moment, have to work on the glitches in displaying dogs / other bug fixes

I have reverted some code that required dogs to expend energy regardless of trainers ownership .

now:
training your own dogs requires energy. training other dogs does not.

this is the way it was before.

I will likely revisit this mechanic in the future (in a good way, and with much user input I hope!). But at the moment my goal is to fix the website, not work on game mechanics
