We are very pleased to announce that two brand new Newbie Helpers will be joining the team! In addition, we are happy to be bringing back one veteran Helper :D With the addition of three Newbie Helpers, we will be able to bring much joy, direction, and many answers to our beloved Newbies as they continue to join Alacrity <3

As an aside, know that we had over 100 applications for these open positions. So many of them were so great that we had a very difficult time selecting the individuals that were to fill these few slots. We had such a hard time, in fact, that it took us several days of deliberation to finally come to agreement over who was finally chosen. If you were not chosen, understand that it was not because your application was lacking or that you are not an excellent member; know that you are all wonderful! As the community continues to grow, we will be bringing on more and more staff to help us make everyone feel as welcome as possible. So, be sure to apply for any position you are interested in as they are announced!

This raffle was quite the smashing success with nearly 1400 tickets purchased! Since this was such a fun event for us, we will be looking into holding raffles more regularly. They won't always feature a real life prize, but there's bound to be some extremely rare and exclusive prizes upcoming, so keep an eye out for news posts announcing another raffle :D
