It took us a little bit longer to switch out the monthly shop than we originally thought it would, but it has been done! You can now find all of May's monthly items in the shop. The theme, you ask? Art! And who wouldn't want to celebrate art?


The companions this month have a fun and new effect. When equipped to a dog during breeding, it will ensure that the puppies of that litter will have the same eye color as the parent. We're not really sure what would happen if you equip one to both parents during breeding, so I wouldn't recommend it XD


We have also updated the donation page with two new donation items!
The Paint Palette Pendant will award your account with one free Custom Accessory Maker each month! This item will not stack on your account, so whether you own one or seventeen of them, you will only receive one CAM each month. This item comes free with donations of $75 and above.
The Big Box of Crayons must truly be a large box, for it contains one of every accessory, companion, and background in the monthly shop. This comes free with donations of $65 and above.


The new Gouldian Finch will be living alongside the Box Turtle in Random Events for approximately the next week, after which point the turtle will shuffle off the site and the finch will flutter through your RE's on its own.

April is drawing to a close, so I want to remind you all to pick up any Circus theme monthly items you may want before the shop is switched out for May items! The switch will be happening in the next handful of hours, so don't hesitate!


We have uncovered a bug with the April 2012 Monthly Super Bag where it awarded two of the same accessory every time. Naturally, some duplicates are normal, but this was across the board (and only a problem with this specific bag).

If you opened an April 2012 Monthly Super Bag and would like a random replacement accessory, please submit an issue to the Issue Hub. You must still be in possession of the duplicate item and it will be deleted from your inventory before another item is awarded. Please also be aware that there will likely be a lot of issues, so we appreciate your patience while we sort out this bug.


The Bake Sale will be closing in a couple days. As many of you expressed interest in being able to purchase these items with Alacrity cash, we are updating the shop to reflect the current market exchange rate of $75k per Bone (plus the standard $5k shop fee). You will be able to purchase these items for either Bones or Cash through the end of the bake sale. The doors will be closing on Wednesday, May 2nd.
