Hello, Alacrites!

As you've probably noticed, Alacrity has been experiencing some lag and page errors recently. This is because we've added a programmer to our ranks, who is going through all of Alacrity's code to clean it up and reformat it so that, when it's finished, the site should run much more efficiently. However, this process takes time, so we might have to deal with the lag and error issues for a while longer. Rest assured, though, that this will get resolved ASAP!

It would seem that there was a slight mistake in the coding for the pirate companions. However, thanks to our own Kaeli who sought out this issue and solved it last night (and ran the companions manually to give everyone who had a companion equipped their cookies last night), so now our faithful companions should be bringing us cookies once each week on Friday!

We apologize for the delay in these companions' effects - rest assured that they should be regularly working from now on!
