Whether it be upgraded or have tons of bones on it or whatever.

I would support only in the case of a permanent IP ban, where that user is no longer welcome on the site. It'd be cool if we could code it so that if a perma-ban happens, all dogs in the kennel get automatically pushed to the pound or something.<br /> <br /> Definitely wouldn't support for temporary account freezing and such, though, nor if a user is just inactive. You never know when they might come back, and it would be awful to realize everything you invested in is gone when you never did anything to get yourself banned from the site.

Half support. I say frozen or banned accounts have their dogs, sold pounded or put in raffles like that. I'd hate to see such good dogs rot in banned and frozen accounts. I've seen that more than enough times.
