A bitch breeding to two studs at once
Started By
Ever had a bitch in heat you wanted to breed but didn't know what stud to breed it to? Well,why don't you allow a bitch to breed with two studs in one litter and make it possable to contract genes from both (or more) studs!
I think this would also make the game more realistic
as I've seen breeders that use this technique to make the litters more diverse in coloration.

No support. Just pick a stud. Do eenie-meenie. Pull a number out of a hat. Ask for opinions. And so what if the pups don't turn out how you wanted them to? Breed the dogs again. Or choose the other stud the next time.

Please do not turn this thread into a debate if possible, or general state of conflict if not that. ^^;

If you have sources, you are welcome to post them provided they are viable, scientific in nature, and not containing any content that would go against Alacrity rules (profanity, nudity, etc).

Though I imagine the latter should not be likely to occur due to the fact that we are discussing dog breeding in particular.

The thread will otherwise risk being closed, and/or appropriate action taken toward parties that continue.

If you are not certain whether or not a link is allowed, you may submit it to the moderator hub for reviewing. :)

No. I'm going to post here. Unless biological findings have shifted dramatically in the last week and a half, this can't happen. I wouldn't put it in debate, because it's not a matter of opinion. It's fact.

If you have a source, please post it. I'm interested really. And oddly enough I can't find information to support it.

If you have sources, it would be nice if you could link them, then.

Uh. No, sorry. You can breed a dog to as many studs as you want, but the puppies will only be the offspring of the bitch and ONE of the studs.

No support. It's impossible in real life.
