The animal "skin" and satin backgrounds were, honestly, eye sores compared to the excellent new BGs that are being added to Scenic Route every month now, but I agree I should have given everyone notice.<br /> <br /> However, these BGs have not been removed from the system, so no one's BG should stop working. They were just taken out of rotation, so no ones money was wasted.<br /> <br /> The solid BGs, though, which were taken out because they seemed to just clutter things up and didn't seem that popular, are, after discussing the issue with an admin, going to be put back into rotation. :}

I agree with Kit, and I completely support the rotation idea.<br /> <br /> Perhaps different backgrounds could restock at every turn of the half hour?

totaly agree with Kit here. i personaly didnt care for the basic color backgrounds, but now after people bought them there gone?

I was upset that the solid colors, which weren't old, but were put when the default bg was changed. They were cheap because they were plain and some people didn't like that there were now default agility backgrounds. <br /> <br /> I had a whole set of custom items I was about to bring out based on the solid color backgrounds which I'm happy now I never paid money to do, but I still have all this work now wasted. <br /> <br /> Changes to the site really should not be done unilaterally, We are seeing one staff member making a decision and, without consultation, changing the site. This place can't be a free-for-all. Our loyalty should, at all times, be to the desires of the users. Changes to art or content, if not done for an exceptionally good reason, should be done with the express input of the majority of site staff and as many of the users who care to contribute.
