I would only support this for coat color, eye color, and white/tan markings. Anything else would be much too complicated both to use and to implement.

Support! Some people (myself included) only like certain markings/coat colors/eye colors in certain breeds, so this would definately be a useful feature.

Support!<br /> <br /> I've thought this, too. I breed Borzoi with yellow eyes. When I look for a dog to buy, I have to go through every dog, looking for one with yellow eyes, knowing it won't be so easy to find one, considering that yellow eyes are rare. It would help alot to be able to search for specific coat and eye colors and markings.

Support!<br /> I hate going through, even after cutting down to the TP I need, the price of the stud fee and the breed, to still find a dog who's patterns will complement my bitch :/ Its a little annoying; more so when there's a wide selection of top quality studs.

YES. I really like how gryffs (and wajas) have a search by marking. There's also a field that allows you to search for the strength of the marking. I'd really like to see this added to the dog search. ^^
