I'd like a partial page layout with 3 or 4 boxes, and no scroll bars.

If it has scroll bars that disappear if you keep within a certain limit (or use smaller text) that is also fine. I just really don't like the look of scroll bars. :P

I'd like it to have a background image, a banner, and 3-4 text boxes.

I won't accept layouts with coding from howrseinfo as I am paying for this layout and if I wanted a howrseinfo layout, I would make one myself.
